Course fees are generally required prior to the first day of training. However, a reservation fee of $100.00 can be paid prior to the commencement of the course with the balance of fees paid prior to course completion.
Cancellations will be accepted up to one week prior to course commencement with a full refund of any fees paid, less an administration charge of $25.00. Cancellations received less than one week prior to course commencement will be subject to an administration charge of $100.00.
Payment options
FARSTA accepts payment via credit card (Visa / Mastercard), or by direct credit to our bank account. You may choose to pay during enrolment via Stripe for $0.30 + 1.75% processing fee OR choose to pay via invoice and we will contact you with an invoice and our bank account details.
Certificates
If you have completed your course assessments competently, your qualification certificate will ordinarily be mailed to you in a hard copy parchment via Australia Post Express Post within 14 days of your successfull submission.

All materials required for the course will be provided by FARSTA. Manuals are subject to copyright restrictions and cannot be duplicated or reprinted without written consent of FARSTA.
