Government requirements - Unique Student Identifiers (USI)

Payment information

Course fees are generally required prior to the first day of training.  However, a reservation fee of $100.00 can be paid prior to the commencement of the course with the balance of fees paid prior to course completion.

Cancellations will be accepted up to one week prior to course commencement with a full refund of any fees paid, less an administration charge of $25.00.  Cancellations received less than one week prior to course commencement will be subject to an administration charge of $100.00.

Payment options

FARSTA accepts payment via credit card (Visa / Mastercard), cheque, money order, or by direct credit to our bank account.

Certificates

Course certificates will be mailed to participants within 14 days of receipt of the successfully completed examination.

Course materials

All materials required for the course will be provided by FARSTA.  Manuals are subject to copyright restrictions and cannot be duplicated or reprinted without written consent of FARSTA.

Venues

Brisbane courses are located at FARSTA, Level 1, 155 Baroona Road, Rosalie.

Venues for other locations will vary, and will be confirmed as early as possible prior to course commencement.
